Well, Christmas has come and gone, one more year. This year we found ourselves celebrating the holiday with Dan's family. We also found ourselves feeling so blessed to have such a great family and a healthy one. Last year this time, our 91 year old "Granny" was recovering from a broken hip - which slowed her down a little, as she gave up driving. Our 3rd niece Ella was on her way, way too early, born at just over 1 pound in January. And one year later, we're all still here - celebrating together the greatest gift of we'll ever receive - the gift of Christ. We have so much to be thankful for - not only our family, but all of us. The gift of life, health, living in the United States, being able to freely celebrate.
As I look back on all the blessings and challenges of 2006 I am thankful for so many reasons, but really most of all I realize just how the Lord's hand is truly upon my life. Thank you for being a part of my life, I hope you too experience the blessings God has in store for you!
Here's a brief show of our celebration of Jesus' birthday. The show mostly stars our nieces Lily (pigtails) Baby Ella, Grams and Gunny puppy. SLIDESHOW (takes about 1-2 minutes to load on broadband)
