Jordan & Ryan | Santa Ynez
Perhaps you remember the incredibly photogenic Jordan & Ryan's engagement session from a few months back....well they're finally married! Their wedding was incredible, from Jordan's absolutely stunning dress to the lovely Jimmy Choo shoes on her feet, to their first dance of "Jersey Girl" - she's from Jersey, of course! OK, enough of me, here they are....
PS... I've lagged a bit on my postings lately, I have been shooting a ton - with 4-8 shoots per week, plus weddings on the weekends, there is plenty to share, help me out and leave comments telling me what you'd like to see more of....weddings, seniors, children.

Out of the office
I'll be out of the office until the 20th. So if I don't write you back via email or return your call - that is why!
Have a great week!

Family | Willow Creek Olive Ranch

So, I've been a bit behind in my postings, I have a lot of shoots to post, but am not so sure I'll get them all up, before our trip to Canada! We leave tomorrow morning to meet up in Calgary and then onto Banff with our cousins, Jeff & Jen. If I have internet access, I'll update from there.
This family is sweet & special. This is the kind of family where you can feel the love and warmth. The kids have so much fun character, which I can only attribute to how well they've been raised. They live and run their family business, award winning Olive Oil, Willow Creek Olive Ranch. To round off the family they have a dog named, Olive! It was only natural to do the shoot at home at the ranch....so here they are!

Carrie & Brett | CA Mid State Fair
Be sure to watch the whole show for a surprise ending!

Isn't the shot above awesome?
Carrie and Brett were our contest winners for this year. Last week we met up and headed out to the CA Mid State Fair. It's kind of funny, I never really grew up going to the fair - I lived in Orange County and never went. I think the fair in bigger cities is different than the fair in smaller towns - it's like a really big deal in small towns! I remember going to the Grant County Fair in Oregon, near my family's ranch, and families bring their campers and camp there for the week! Same deal with the Fair back east in NY where Dan's family had their summer place - Fairs are THE highlight of the summer!
Anyhow, back to business, we had a great time snapping away. It was probably a little odd for Carrie and Brett to be having their photo taken in such a public and busy space, but they did great, as you'll see in the slideshow - Enjoy! Thank you Carrie & Brett!

1 Year Old
Gunny Highway! Since we got our puppy almost 1 year ago - I've become a complete dog sap - my family is still in shock and so am I! Today Gunny is one...and I made him wear this bow, he wasn't very happy about it, but isn't he cute? He really is the best dog ever, and I'm totally not biased.
